From Lima to Cusco

After 20 hours flight, finally Lima. We're been guested by Juan, a cool buddy that try
to help us out in everything, on the top of that he is a filmmaker as well.
Lima as the majority of the South American cities is crowded, disorganized and the
traffic is crazy. The Peruvians loves to play. The car horn.
The weather is perfect, warm an constantly cool it up by a suggestive fog that rise
from the Pacific Ocean and wrap the top of the skyscrapers.

We slept in Miraflores, the wheltiest area of Lima. The park in the Malecon,
wich is the area next to the sea is perfectly clean and the grass is millimetricly cut,
but nobody is there. The only people met at the park were the cleansing workers.
When we left Lima, the neighboroughs that surround the city remind me to a biblical
scene: a huge sand dune stands up from the piles of one floor houses made of dust,
surrounded by dust, next to it some rusty factories.
Kids playing football in front of the motorway. We are not far from the Swiss style
park in the Malecon, it's the same city.

At the moment we are on a coach to legendary city of Cusco, other 23 hours, up
and down through valleys and Andean mountains. The plane from Lima to Cusco
was just 1 hour! Well... we decide to not miss the landscapes, even if before leaving
the driver took pictures of all the passengers, I suppose it's for remind to my parents
my surprised face, in case of car accident. Slightly scarry indeed.
